In order to create "The Tourist", Stephen McNally had to take multiple pictures from different angles, lighting, etc of the same place, edit each picture, and then piece them together.
I believe a minimum of twelve photographs were used to make this piece.
The photos were not all taken at the same time of day. You can tell by the lighting and how the pictures differ from each other.
There are obvious enhancements. Some of the pictures appear to have filters or some other enhancement to add an effect.
